GPSTR Reps

Maintaining a high degree of registrar involvement in the development and organisation of our training programme is a priority. To this end each year-group has a nominated representative who acts as the official liaison between the year-group and the programme.

The representative is appointed by each year group to meet with the training programme directors on a regular basis, 3 times a year, to discuss issues relating to the programme.

All registrars are actively encouraged to provide feedback on programme activities. Apart from the periodic programme reps meetings we are all keen to hear form registrars at any time to discuss developmental ideas, problems or observations on how the programme operates.
